  • How can I pay for my purchases?

The payment of all ordered items can be made by either a bank transfer and PayPal.

 

  • How much are shipping and handling costs?

We provide standard (Yun Express, UBI) and expedited (FedEx, DHL, UPS) carrier. Our postage fees are depending on the target country.  

In the dispatch confirmation mail you will receive a tracking-link, where you can conveniently track the status of your delivery.

 

  • I have not received the order confirmation email!

If you have not received your order confirmation mail, please contact us by email:  wekinearthm@hotmail.com
We will verify your email address and correct it, if need be.

 

  • What can I do if at the time of delivery I am not at home?

If at the time of delivery you happen to not be at home, then the delivery person will deposit a notice of delivery in your mailbox, with which you can pick up your purchase at the nearest post office.

  • What can I do if the item do not fit?

If your purchased item do not fit, we will gladly exchange your items for the same in a more suitable size. Excluded are errors that occur on your part by taking false measurements. Since that all latex garments were tailor made just for you, an exchange, in case you do not like the purchase, is not possible.
Prior to sending it back, please contact us per email and then send the package with an accompanying letter back to us.

  • Can I have my latex garments repaired?

If something breaks on your latex items then you are not alone. We are happy to repair your clothes so that you may enjoy your piece again.

Normally we do not charge you any fee for the repair. Just send us an email in advance with pictures of the damage to be repaired and we will gladly to solve.
